Fall Back To Fitness Contest

Are you looking to maximize your fitness level before the holiday season? That's why Fall Back To Fitness is here! The Fall Back To Fitness Challenge is a 6-week weight loss contest that will provide participants accountability, nutritional info, team training and more to achieve their goals!

Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winner. 1st Place Winner will receive 1 Free Month of Adult Alloy Team Training + 4, one-hour private personal training sessions. 2nd and 3rd place prizes TBA.

Contest Rules

Participants must weigh in on or before Friday, October 5th ( but not before Monday, October 1st) with a Parisi Speed School of Raleigh Performance Coach for an official weight.

Weeks 1 - 5 -- you may email or call in your weight if you are unable to come into Parisi Speed School of Raleigh to weigh in. Weeks 1-5 do not require PSS of Raleigh to verify.

Final weigh-in must be done before Monday, November 12th at 7 pm. You can do your final weigh-in day prior to the 12th. The final weigh-in must be verified by Parisi Speed School of Raleigh Performance Coach.

Everyone should attend the October 1st Kick-Off Party!!! We will do a seminar and split everyone into their coach teams -- Be there or be square :)



Early Bird Registration - $25 on or before Friday, September 14th.

Regular Registration - $35 Saturday, September 15th - Monday, October 1ST.
